Lyndonville vape shop robbed at gunpoint, suspect sought

LYNDONVILLE — Vermont State Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at NEK Vapor, located at 763 Broad Street in Lyndonville, at approximately 1:30 p.m. today.

According to the police report, an individual wearing a mask entered the store armed with a weapon. The suspect displayed the weapon to the clerk, and demanded money.

The robber then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a white male wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored pants, and white shoes. After exiting the store, the individual reportedly entered a dark-colored Subaru and headed north on Broad Street.

No injuries were reported during the incident.

The Vermont State Police are urging anyone with information related to this armed robbery to contact the St. Johnsbury Barracks at (802) 748-3111.

As the investigation continues, law enforcement officials are working to identify and locate the suspect.

The public is reminded not to approach the individual if spotted but to immediately contact the authorities with any relevant information.
