Man charged with DUI, DLS after Fletcher crash

FLETCHER — Troopers from the St. Albans barracks responded to a single-vehicle crash on June 14 at approximately 7:07 p.m. where they arrested 27-year-old Roy Vanslette for DUI and operating with a criminally suspended license.

Upon arrival at Ide-L Acres in Fletcher, troopers identified Vanslette, a Cambridge resident, as the driver of the crashed vehicle.

During the interaction, Vanslette exhibited signs of impairment.

An investigation confirmed that Vanslette was driving under the influence and with a suspended license.

Vanslette was taken into custody and processed at the St. Albans barracks.

He was later issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court – Criminal Division and was released to a sober adult.
