FALMOUTH — Falmouth Police and Fire Department units responded to a one-car accident near the North Falmouth Rotary late Wednesday night where a vehicle struck a tree and rolled onto its side.
The incident occurred at 11:24 p.m. on June 14, when emergency services were called to the scene.
The driver, whose identity has not been released, was found injured and was promptly transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The extent of the injuries was not immediately disclosed.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
Falmouth Police Department is asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has information related to the incident to come forward to assist with the ongoing investigation.
