Weybridge man cited for driving with suspended license, violation of ignition interlock device

WEYBRIDGE — Vermont State Police issued a citation to a Salisbury man for driving with a criminally suspended license and violating his ignition interlock device restrictions on June 14.

At around 1:26 p.m., authorities responded to a report involving a vehicle operated by Richard P. Quesnel, 39, on Lemon Fair Road.

Upon locating and identifying Quesnel, police determined that he was in breach of the conditions set for his driving privileges.

Quesnel is scheduled to appear in Addison County Superior Court Criminal Division on Aug. 26 at 12:30 p.m. to face charges related to the incident.
