South Windsor man faces charges for May domestic incident

SOUTH WINDSOR — South Windsor Police Department arrested 44-year-old Jason D. Diulio on Tuesday, following a domestic violence incident that occurred last month.

Diulio was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant at 12:34 p.m., with charges including criminal mischief in the third degree and disorderly conduct.

According to the police report, the arrest stems from a May 20 incident where Diulio allegedly attempted to provoke a fight with the victim.

He is accused of yelling, slamming and hitting cabinet doors, as well as punching and kicking the victim’s vehicle, causing minor damage.

Following his arrest, Diulio was processed and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court at 9 a.m. today.
