SPRINGFIELD — On the evening of May 31, Springfield Police Department took Andrew Wilson into custody after he voluntarily turned himself in on an active in-state warrant.

According to the police report, Wilson arrived at the police department at 6:42 p.m., where dispatch confirmed the existence of the warrant.

Officers Callahan, Freeman, and Guzzo processed the arrest without any complications.

Following his surrender, Wilson was issued a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division in White River Junction on June 3 at 12:30 p.m. to respond to the warrant charge.

Post-arrest, Wilson was transported to Southern State Correctional Facility.

Bail was set at $200 cash or surety, which is a matter determined by the judicial system and not by the police department.
