FERRISBURGH — On June 11, Vermont State Troopers were dispatched to Button Bay State Park after reports of a disturbance.

Upon arrival, authorities discovered that Dustin Blouin, 27, from St. Albans, had allegedly taken a cell phone from Four Twenty Jake, 26, of Montpelier, during a heated argument, preventing Jake from calling 911.

Blouin was subsequently issued a citation for interference with access to emergency services.

He is scheduled to appear at Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division, to face charges at a date to be determined.
