WEATHERSFIELD — On June 7, at approximately 7:32 a.m., Vermont State Police responded to a reported family fight on US Route 5.
Upon arrival and subsequent investigation, authorities determined that Paul Leveque, 48, had caused physical harm to a family member.
Leveque was arrested and taken to the Westminster Barracks for processing.
He has been charged with first-degree aggravated domestic assault and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division on June 10 at 12:30 p.m.
