WEYBRIDGE — A 28-year-old local man was arrested and charged with DUI and excessive speeding after Vermont State Police stopped his vehicle on RT 17 near Weybridge Rd.
Luis F. Jimenez, of Weybridge, was pulled over at 12:41 p.m. on June 7 for traveling at 85 mph in a 50 mph zone and displaying erratic driving behavior.
During the stop, troopers noted signs of impairment, leading to Jimenez’s arrest at the scene.
Following processing at the New Haven Barracks, Jimenez was released with a citation to appear in Addison County Court on June 24 at 12:30 p.m. to face charges for the traffic violations.
