ROCKINGHAM — On June 7, at approximately 4:23 p.m., Vermont State Police troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded to a report of a domestic assault that occurred on VT-103 in Rockingham.
Danlee Russell, 23, of Ludlow, was arrested following the incident.
He faces charges of Aggravated Domestic Assault, Unlawful Mischief, and Reckless Endangerment.
Russell was transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing and was subsequently held without bail at the Southern State Correctional Facility.
He is scheduled to appear before the Vermont Superior Court – Windham County Criminal Division on June 10 at 12:30 p.m. to respond to the charges.
