Pawtucket man among several charged by ACI Investigations Unit

PAWTUCKET — A series of arrests were made on May 29 as the ACI Investigations Unit charged individuals with various crimes, including domestic violations and drug possession.

William Macon, 60, of 102 Denver Street, was charged with Domestic Violation of No Contact Order.

Following his arraignment in Third District Court, Macon was released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

In a similar case, Gino Rotondo, 59, of 3 Stephanie Drive, North Providence, faced the same charge of Domestic Violation of No Contact Order.

He, too, was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the Sheriffs Department.

Elijah Cadieux, 21, of 670 North Main Street, Providence, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V Less than 10 Grams.

After his arraignment at the Third District Court, Cadieux was released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

Christopher Banks, 26, residing at 18 Spring Street, 2nd Floor, Westerly, was charged as a Fugitive From Justice from the State of Connecticut.

Following his arraignment, Banks was released to the Sheriffs Department.

Additionally, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jason Gagon, 51, of 118 Peaked Rock Road, Wakefield, on a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on an original charge of Possession of Large-Capacity Feeding Devices.

The original charge stemmed from an incident at the Rhode Island State Police Hope Valley Barracks.

Gagon was transported to Fourth District Court for his arraignment.
