MILFORD — A Milford man was arrested on multiple charges including sexual assault of a juvenile after an investigation by local authorities into allegations of inappropriate behavior.
The Milford Police Department reported that on April 13, a complaint was filed regarding a possible sexual assault involving a minor.
The victim’s mother informed officers that her child had disclosed unsettling interactions with 77-year-old Raymond Kaminski of 104 Depot Road.
The department’s Special Investigations Unit assumed the case, uncovering further allegations against Kaminski.
He is accused of making a request to kiss the juvenile in a private area and of kissing the child on the buttocks.
Additionally, the investigation brought to light an incident from 2019 where Kaminski allegedly exposed himself to the juvenile.
Authorities issued an arrest warrant following the investigation, and Kaminski was taken into custody at 12:30 p.m. on May 22.
Kaminski faces charges of Sexual Assault in the 4th degree and three counts of Risk of Injury to a minor.
A judge set his bond at $50,000, which Kaminski posted for his release.
He is scheduled to appear in court on June 19.
