CABOT — Vermont State Police responded to a reported violation of an abuse prevention order at a local residence on May 28.
According to authorities, upon arrival, troopers interviewed multiple individuals but initially could not find the suspect.
Further investigation identified 57-year-old Calvin Lamphere of Marshfield as the alleged violator.
Lamphere was also found to be in breach of his court-ordered conditions of release.
After being located, he was issued a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court’s Criminal Division to face charges related to the incident.
