DUXBURY — A Waitsfield man was arrested late Wednesday night on suspicion of driving under the influence on Vermont Route 100 near Crossett Hill Road.
Ethan Loomis, 23, was stopped by Troopers from the Berlin Barracks at 11:54 p.m. for a minor traffic violation.
During the stop, Loomis exhibited signs of impairment and was taken into custody.
Following the arrest, Loomis was transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
He was later released with a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court, Criminal Division, to face the DUI charges.
