LEBANON — The Lebanon Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating 26-year-old Kexin Cai from West Lebanon, who was last seen on the afternoon of May 15.
Cai was spotted in the vicinity of Drake Lane in West Lebanon.
Investigators believe she may have departed her home on a distinctive E-bike and traveled in an unspecified direction.
The bike is described as having a silver and white color scheme with notable “fatboy” tires, a robust frame, and substantial black metal racks attached to both the front and rear.
Described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 105 pounds, Cai has black eyes and distinctive black and blue hair.
The Lebanon Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to come forward and contact them at 603-448-1212.
Authorities and loved ones are seeking the community’s assistance to ensure her safe return.
