GEORGIA — A 45-year-old man was arrested Sunday for violating the conditions of his release by being within 300 feet of a protected individual, Vermont State Police said.
Joshua Turner of Georgia was taken into custody after police responded to a 911 hang-up call on May 18 from a residence on Robin Lane.
Upon investigation, authorities determined that Turner was in violation of a court order to stay away from Brandy St. Peter, 39, of Winooski.
Turner was processed at the St. Albans barracks and issued a flash citation.
He is scheduled to appear in Franklin Superior Court on Monday at 1 p.m.
