BOSTON — The Boston Police Department has issued an alert for a missing 14-year-old boy from Dorchester and is asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.
Messiah McKoy was last seen in the area of Athelwold Street in Dorchester.
He is described as a black male, weighing 130 pounds, with a height of 5 feet 6 inches.
He has a short curly afro with a mustache.
At the time of his disappearance, Messiah was wearing gray sweatpants, a navy blue hoodie, and blue and white Adidas shoes.
Detectives have received information suggesting that Messiah may be in the area of Holworthy Street in Roxbury.
The Boston Police Department urges anyone with information about his whereabouts to immediately contact 911 or reach out to B-3 Detectives at 617-343-4712.
The department also provides a way for individuals to share information anonymously.
