FOXBOROUGH — A couple was arrested yesterday at their residence on 130 Mill St. after a search warrant was executed by Foxborough Police, with assistance from Norwood and Sharon detectives, and METRO-LEC SWAT members.
Patrick Rockett, 37, faces multiple drug-related charges including trafficking methamphetamine 36 grams or more, possession to distribute a Class B drug, and possession of Class E and C drugs.
Additionally, he has been charged with possession of ammunition without an FID card.
Rockett was arraigned at Wrentham District Court today.
Dacia Broccoli, 36, was taken into custody on an extraditable warrant from Rhode Island.
She has been charged with being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant.
Broccoli was arraigned at Wrentham District Court yesterday.
The charges pending against Rockett and Broccoli are accusations, and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, as per the United States Constitution.
