NEW HAVEN — A vehicle fleeing from a traffic stop sideswiped a city bus and then crashed into the Stop & Shop on Whalley Avenue, images posted by On Scene Media New Haven County showed.
The incident, which occurred yesterday, ended with the suspect being apprehended.
It remains unclear whether there were passengers on the bus at the time of the collision or if there were any injuries as a result of the crash.
Authorities have not yet released further details about the pursuit or the circumstances leading up to the accident.
