COVENTRY — A Coventry man was arrested Saturday morning in connection with a domestic assault incident, Vermont State Police said.
Hazen Nault, 22, was taken into custody after authorities responded to a report of domestic assault at a residence on Drowns Mill Road at approximately 11:45 a.m.
According to police, the investigation revealed that Nault had assaulted a household member.
Following the arrest, Nault was processed at the Derby Barracks.
Nault was later released on citation with conditions of release pending a court appearance.
The Vermont State Police did not release the name of the victim, in line with their policy for cases involving sexual assault or domestic violence.
