SUNDERLAND — A single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning led to the arrest of a Connecticut man on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Vermont State Police responded to the scene at Conservation Way / Route 313 East at 8:12 a.m. where they found Andrew J. Heller, 27, of Somers, Connecticut.
Heller was taken into custody following an investigation and charged with DUI.
He was processed at the Shaftsbury barracks and subsequently released with a citation.
He is scheduled to appear at the Bennington County Superior Court- Criminal Division on May 20 at 8:15 a.m.
