MANCHESTER — A local man was arrested Thursday night after allegedly shooting multiple times toward a homeless encampment, according to Manchester Police.
At around 7:45 p.m., police were alerted by a ShotSpotter activation to gunfire near 405 Coolidge Ave.
Responding officers spoke with Adam Rousseau, 47, at the reported address, who was identified as the shooter.
Rousseau is accused of discharging several shots over an embankment towards the encampment.
While no injuries were reported, the incident was confirmed by witnesses who heard the gunfire.
Following his arrest, Rousseau faces six counts of Reckless Conduct.
A subsequent search warrant for his residence led to the seizure of six rifles, a revolver, two pistols, and various ammunition.
Rousseau has been released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court on June 7.
