After noticing three used crack pipes inside the vehicle, Sergeant Rivers requested to search it. Prue refused and tried to flee the scene, prompting a physical altercation.

As Prue attempted to start the truck, she kicked at the officers.

Sergeant Rivers used his taser to subdue her. Police say her passenger, Jason M. Willey, 40, of Newport, resisted exit from the vehicle, nearly injuring Jacobs by slamming the door on his fingers.
