SANFORD — The Sanford Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a recent burglary at the Jewelers Outlet.
The incident occurred around 3 a.m., when an unidentified individual forced entry into the store and made off with an undisclosed amount of jewelry.
The Sanford Police are reaching out to anyone who might have information or witnessed the event to come forward.

The department has also provided an anonymous tip line at the same number for those who wish to provide information without revealing their identity.
