North Providence man arrested on stalking, vandalism charges

NORTH PROVIDENCE — Members of the Intelligence Unit arrested Darren A. Barnes, 54, on charges of stalking, vandalism, and conspiracy on April 30.

Barnes, a resident of 19 Rosner Avenue in North Providence, Rhode Island, was processed at State Police Headquarters following his arrest.
