MERIDEN — After a seven-month investigation into an assault with a firearm and car theft, Meriden Police Department, in coordination with multiple agencies, have arrested three individuals connected to the September 27 incident on St. Casimer Drive.
The initial event occurred when authorities received calls about shots fired around 1:29 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found a victim with a gunshot wound to the leg.
The victim was given first aid and later transported to Hartford Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators determined that the victim’s car had been stolen during the assault.
Don Drepaul was identified as a suspect and located in Vernon with the help of Vernon Police Department, Manchester Police Department, and the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force.
Drepaul, a convicted felon, was found in possession of the victim’s stolen vehicle, a firearm, and illegal narcotics.
He was arrested and charged with several offenses including assault, robbery, and illegal possession of a firearm.
On April 12, Drepaul, born on April 3, 1999, faced further charges at court, where he was held on a $1.5 million bond.
Due to his refusal to cooperate during the booking process, no photograph was available.
Tiffani Mancuso-Masse, born on September 28, 1999, was apprehended on April 19 at the Manchester Courthouse on unrelated charges.
She is facing robbery and theft charges and is held on a $250,000 bond.
Alexavier Delgado, born on November 27, 1990, was taken into custody on April 25 at the Meriden Courthouse.
He was charged with criminal possession of a firearm and violation of a protective order with a bond set at $500,000.
