CAMPTON — A former Campton resident has been charged with multiple counts related to child exploitation and possession of child sexual abuse images after an extensive investigation by the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children (NH ICAC) Task Force and local law enforcement agencies.

Ronald Philbrick, 64, now living in Thornton, was indicted by a Grafton County Grand Jury on charges that include possession of child sexual abuse images, indecent exposure and lewdness, and certain uses of computer services prohibited.

The investigation initiated by the NH ICAC Task Force in December, led to the involvement of the Campton Police Department and the Grafton County Sheriff’s Department.

Assistance was also provided by the Plymouth and Thornton Police Departments.

The Campton Police Department, as part of the ICAC Task Force, continues its efforts to combat child exploitation in New Hampshire.
