EAST HARTFORD — Two local barbers became unexpected heroes when their quick actions saved a toddler from potential danger on Main Street.
Osvaldo Lugo and Rafael Santana, barbers at LookSharp Barbershop, noticed the young child, who had slipped away from his mother, moving perilously close to the bustling street traffic.
Without hesitation, the duo intervened, ensuring the child was safely returned to his family.
