RICHFORD — A local man was arrested Wednesday evening after an alleged family disturbance that led to charges of second-degree aggravated domestic assault, according to the Vermont State Police.
Authorities were called to a home in Richford on April 18 at about 7:30 p.m. where they determined that Raven Hendrix, 23, had assaulted another individual.
Hendrix was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Saint Albans State Police barracks.
Following his arrest, Hendrix was lodged at the Northwestern Correctional Facility.
He is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court in Saint Albans on April 19 at 1 p.m.
The State Police did not release the name of the victim, adhering to policies protecting the identities of victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.
