SOUTH PORTLAND — A 16-year-old boy reported missing earlier this week is no longer considered missing, the South Portland Police Department announced today.
Angel Theriault was last seen the morning of April 17.
“Due to the manner in which they found him, no further investigation is required,” police chief Dan Ahern said Thursday.
The teenager had been described as last seen wearing a brown and green long-sleeved shirt, brown pants, and black Converse shoes, and riding a red and silver mountain bike.
The South Portland Police Department had reached out to the public for any information regarding Theriault’s whereabouts and encouraged people to contact them during the investigation.
Officials have declined to provide any further information.
Anyone who may still have information regarding the case is encouraged to reach out to Det. Curry at 207-799-5511 ext. 7426.
