POWNAL — A dispute at Ladd Brook Inn led to a 23-year-old Pownal woman being cited for violating her conditions of release, Vermont State Police reported.
Authorities were called to the inn at 9:46 p.m. on April 17 following a citizen dispute complaint.
During the investigation, police discovered that Maya Bimmler, who was involved in the incident, had consumed alcohol, breaching the terms of her court-ordered release.
Bimmler is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on May 20 at 8:15 a.m. to answer to the charge.
