NEW HAVEN — A person suffering from a gunshot wound arrived at Yale New Haven Hospital early Wednesday morning, prompting a police response.
The individual, whose identity has not yet been released, entered the emergency room at 20 York Street shortly after 1 a.m.
New Haven Police Department officials are currently on the scene, gathering information and working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
