SALEM — A man was taken into custody Thursday after firing a gun on Interstate 93, according to New Hampshire State Police.
Troopers from Troop B Barracks were called to the northbound lanes near Mile Marker 0.6 at 6:30 p.m. following multiple reports of a man shooting a firearm in the breakdown lane.
Richard Cruz-Rodriguez, 41, of Manchester, was arrested without incident.
No injuries were reported in the shooting.
Cruz-Rodriguez faces charges of reckless conduct, felonious use of a firearm, and driving under the influence.
The case is ongoing, and authorities are asking anyone with information to contact Trooper Luan G. Sanches.
