WESTMINSTER — A 23-year-old Rockingham man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after a crash late Tuesday night.
Vermont State Police responded to a report of a single motor vehicle incident on Forest Rd. in Westminster at 12:39 a.m. Upon arrival, troopers made contact with the driver, identified as John Donovan.
During the interaction, authorities observed signs of impairment and took Donovan into custody.
He was transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks, where he was processed, issued a citation and released.
Donovan is set to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on April 30 at 8:30 a.m. to face the DUI charge.
