RICHFORD — Vermont State Police arrested 68-year-old David Tatro on charges of domestic assault and simple assault following a family dispute on Monday morning.
Authorities responded to the incident at approximately 11:53 a.m. after receiving reports of a fight.
The investigation revealed that Tatro assaulted a 58-year-old ex-partner, whose name has not been released due to the nature of the incident.
Additionally, two other victims, Kenneth Cameron, 37, and Emily Brunton, 23, were identified as having been assaulted by Tatro during the altercation.
Following the incident, Tatro was taken into custody and transported to the St. Albans barracks.
He was released on citation with a scheduled court appearance for the same day at 1 p.m.
The Vermont State Police have not provided further details regarding the circumstances of the assaults or the condition of the victims.
