CORINTH — A juvenile was arrested late Tuesday night on charges of domestic assault and twice violating conditions of release, according to Vermont State Police.
Troopers were called to a residence on Brook Road at approximately 8:41 p.m. on April 9 after reports of a family dispute.
Upon arrival and investigation, they established probable cause to take the juvenile into custody.
The accused, whose name and age have not been disclosed due to their status as a minor, was processed at the Bradford Outpost.
The individual has been cited to appear in court to face the charges.
In compliance with privacy policies, the Vermont State Police have not released any identifying information about the victim, who resides in Corinth.
The incident remains under further investigation.
