STARKSBORO — State Police arrested a 25-year-old man on charges of domestic assault and interference with access to emergency services following an incident on States Prison Hollow Road.
At around 9:20 a.m. on April 7, troopers responded to a report of a disturbance.
Upon arrival, they found that Chase Gibbs-Emilo had assaulted a 32-year-old family member.
The victim’s name has not been released, following Vermont State Police policy regarding victims of domestic violence.
Gibbs-Emilo was apprehended without incident and subsequently released on a citation.
He is scheduled to appear at the Addison County Court on April 8 at 12:30 p.m. to face the charges against him.
