NEWPORT — The Newport Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two fugitives believed to be in the greater Newport area.
Christopher Lee is wanted by the New Hampshire Department of Corrections for parole violation related to a failure to register as a sexual offender.
Additionally, Lee faces a new felony charge by the Newport Police Department for failing to register as a sexual offender.
Toby Colby is sought by the Newport Police Department for a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence; criminal mischief, and by the New Hampshire State Police for a misdemeanor charge of violation of a protection order.
Authorities have made earnest attempts to apprehend the individuals but are now requesting the public’s help.
