ST. JOHNSBURY — Local police have apprehended a 42-year-old woman on an active warrant for failing to appear in court on charges of aggravated disorderly conduct.
Laura Stone, a resident of St. Johnsbury, was arrested by Officer M. Johnson of the St. Johnsbury Police Department on March 30 at around 5:29 p.m. The arrest took place at the Fairbanks Inn after authorities received information regarding Stone’s whereabouts.
The warrant for Stone’s arrest was issued out of Chittenden County.
Upon locating Stone, she was taken into custody without incident.
Following her arrest, she was processed and transported to Northeast Correctional Complex where she will await further legal proceedings.
