LYNDONVILLE — A local man was arrested Wednesday after being discovered by Lyndonville police at a Dollar General store on an outstanding felony warrant.
At approximately 12:15 p.m. on March 29, Patrol Officer Daniel Renaudette located 38-year-old Lucien Riggie of Sutton within a vehicle at the retail location at 164 Broad St.
Riggie was wanted for burglary, grand larceny, and unlawful mischief, according to a press release from the Lyndonville Police Department.
Following his arrest, Riggie was arraigned at the Caledonia County Courthouse.
He was subsequently released on conditions set forth by the court.
The court date is scheduled for April 8.
