REVERE — Detectives are seeking the public’s help in gathering information and video surveillance footage related to an armed robbery that occurred at Wonderland Convenience Mart, located at 1247 North Shore Road, today at 7:20 a.m.
The suspect, described as wearing an orange safety vest over a dark hooded sweatshirt, a dark colored mask, and light-colored work gloves, assaulted the clerk with what appeared to be a firearm.
After passing a folded-up Target plastic bag to the clerk, the suspect fled the scene at approximately 7:26 a.m. with $150 in cash and the clerk’s cell phone, which was later found.
Authorities are urging residents in the Sagamore Street area and nearby streets to check their surveillance cameras for any potential footage of the suspect.
