RICHFORD — A 23-year-old St. Albans man was charged with unlawful mischief in connection with vandalism at a local ATM, police said.
Vermont State Police were called to the North Country Credit Union at 80 Main Street on March 10 after receiving reports of damage to the ATM.
Following an investigation aided by public assistance and anonymous tips, Stasiu Kehoe was identified as the suspect.
Kehoe was located by law enforcement and has been cited to appear in court to respond to the vandalism charges.
