HALIFAX — A single-vehicle crash on Jacksonville Stage Rd led to a DUI arrest of a local woman late Wednesday night.
Vermont State Police responded to the incident at 10:06 p.m. and encountered the driver, Emma Sadowski, 32, of Halifax.
During the interaction, troopers noted signs of impairment and took Sadowski into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Sadowski was transported to the Wilmington Police Department for processing.
After processing, she was released with a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on April 16 at 8:30 a.m.
