NEWPORT — A single-vehicle crash on VT Route 100 led to a warning for a Cornish, New Hampshire man early this morning, Vermont State Police said.
Bar Dadon, 28, was traveling southbound near the intersection of Number 12 Road when he lost control of his 1998 Toyota 4-Runner at around 8:40 a.m.
Police reported that the road conditions were snow-covered despite the clear weather.
Dadon, who was wearing a seat belt, was not injured in the incident.
His vehicle sustained minor damage after veering off the roadway.
Authorities did not transport Dadon to the hospital and instead issued him a warning for driving too fast for the snowy conditions.
The Vermont State Police remind drivers to adjust their speed accordingly during winter weather.
