BROWNINGTON — A report of theft on Schoolhouse Road led Vermont State Police to launch an investigation after a mailbox was discovered missing from a residence on March 1.
According to authorities, the incident occurred around 3:32 p.m., with 61-year-old Lori Tatro identified as the victim.
Trooper Alford of the VSP Derby Barracks is heading the inquiry into the stolen mailbox.
The Vermont State Police are seeking assistance from the public and urge anyone with information regarding the theft to come forward.
