PORTLAND — South Portland Police, in collaboration with the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, apprehended Lynel Moultrie, 42, on charges of drug trafficking today at about 10 a.m.
The arrest is the result of an extensive investigation by the two agencies into Moultrie’s alleged drug activities.
Officers executed search warrants at two South Portland residences, 857 Broadway #2 and 112 Colin Kelly Rd., where they found evidence pertinent to the case.
