RICHFORD — Vermont State Police arrested Britt Manning, 30, of Richford, on March 27 for allegedly violating a court-issued Order for Relief from Abuse.
Authorities were alerted to the violation at approximately 9:38 p.m. at Pine Haven Estates.
Investigation revealed Manning had breached the stipulated proximity restrictions set by the order.
Following the arrest, Manning was processed at the VSP St. Albans Barracks.
Subsequently, Manning was detained at Chittenden County Correctional Center and received a flash citation to appear in court the following day, March 28, at 1 p.m.
