SPRINGFIELD — A local man was cited by police Thursday afternoon for an active arrest warrant, according to the Springfield Police Department.
Brandon Heist was observed by Cpl. Perkins walking on Main Street at approximately 2:38 p.m. when he was recognized as having an active in-state cite and release arrest warrant.
After confirmation from Springfield Dispatch, Heist was issued a citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit.
He is scheduled to answer to the arrest warrant on March 25 at 12:30 p.m.
