Naugatuck police make multiple arrests, including disorderly conduct and larceny charges

NAUGATUCK — Naugatuck Police Department reported several arrests following incidents of domestic disputes, disturbances, and criminal activities, including disorderly conduct, larceny, and assault, according to the latest press arrest log.

Aryana Alize Powell, 24, was arrested on March 18 after officers responded to a residence at approximately 3:17 p.m. regarding a domestic dispute.

Powell reportedly became involved in an argument that escalated into a physical altercation.

She was charged with disorderly conduct and released on a $500 bond, with a court appearance scheduled for the following day at Waterbury Superior Court.

In another incident on March 17, Geovanny Rene Mayorga, also 24, was taken into custody at Brady’s Bar and Pub around 9:50 p.m. Mayorga allegedly engaged in belligerent behavior with patrons and staff, leading to a confrontation with responding officers.

He faces charges including breach of peace and interfering with an officer and was released on a $5,000 bond, with a court date set for April 10.

Jayme Jose Dias, 57, turned himself in on March 17 to face an outstanding warrant for false statement.

He was processed and released on a $20,000 bond and is expected in court on April 10.

On March 16, Javier Alvarado, 37, was arrested after pushing a victim down a grass hill multiple times during a domestic dispute.

Alvarado was released on a $10,000 bond and appeared in court on March 18.

Joerica Mercado, 42, was taken into custody by Waterbury Police on March 15 and transferred to Naugatuck Police on an active warrant.

She was held on a $1,000 bond and had a court appearance on the same day.

Rhea Martilde Bacourt, 21, and Marcelle Rosiclair, 25, were both involved in a domestic dispute on March 14.

Each was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct and released on a $2,500 bond, with court appearances scheduled for March 15.

Jeffrey Devin Hall, 31, was arrested on March 14 for failure to appear and held on a $25,000 bond, with a court appearance on the same day.

Joshua Parker, 32, was involved in a motor vehicle collision on March 13.

Suspected of driving under the influence, he was charged and later released on a $500 bond, with a court date set for April 11.

Shaquille Marquise Robinson, 29, was arrested on March 13 following a domestic violence incident.

He faced multiple charges, including breach of peace, assault, and risk of injury to a child, and was held on a $25,000 bond for a court appearance on March 14.

Taron M. Johnson, 35, turned himself in on February 27 after involvement in a domestic dispute and was held on a $20,000 bond, with a scheduled court appearance on March 14.

Pedro Jose Sierra-Diaz, 46, self-surrendered on March 13 on an active arrest warrant for theft from a former employer.

He was released on a $5,000 bond, with a court appearance scheduled for April 17.

Lastly, Mariusz Tkaczyk, 48, was arrested on March 12 for evading responsibility and driving under the influence after a motor vehicle accident.

He was released on a $500 bond and is due in court on April 3.
