WINCHENDON — Two suspects were arrested Tuesday in connection with a burglary that occurred on March 16 at a High Street property, according to Winchendon Police Department.

Casey Davidson, 36, of Winchendon, and Kati Hollenbeck, 29, of Gardner, were apprehended following an investigation into the break-in at 1 High St., where officers found a damaged door and a broken window upon responding to the scene.

The building owner reported a theft of various home construction items.

Surveillance footage played a key role in identifying Davidson and Hollenbeck, who were linked to the crime.

On March 19, authorities executed a search warrant on a white Jeep Cherokee tied to the duo and at Davidson’s residence at 9 Old Gardner Rd.

Police recovered several stolen items from the basement of the home.

Both suspects face charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny from a building, and vandalism.

Hollenbeck has also been charged with operating after suspension, as she was driving the Jeep Cherokee at the time of their arrest.

The investigation was led by Officer Brandon Lucier and Detective Caleb Similia.

Davidson and Hollenbeck are currently awaiting further legal proceedings.
